This Sunday, Niall carried on our The River series as we journeyed through Psalm 1 🙌

What does it look like to live a truly blessed life? Psalm 1 reminds us to be aware of the voices and influences shaping us, to stay deeply connected to God, and to draw continually from the life-giving river He provides.

Niall reminded us that, like a tree planted by streams of water, when we stay connected to God, we can bear fruit in the right season, remain rooted through every season, and receive everything we need from Him!

It was so good to be together as church family, and especially seeing our young people leading us in prayer! 🙏

And our crèche & kids met today too, with crèche doing some fun river play! We love seeing every generation discovering more about God and His living water.

What a great Sunday! 🌊

Pam brought a brilliant word on The River, reminding us that where the river of God flows, there are real and tangible signs of life, hope, refreshing and renewal.

“Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.”
John 7:37

We were reminded that the river isn’t a stagnant pool, it’s moving, dynamic and unstoppable. And wherever the river flows, life follows.

Maybe we feel dry, worn down or stuck. Maybe we’re being stirred, disturbed or invited into something new. Wherever we find ourselves, the invitation is the same: come humbly, honestly and fully to Jesus.

And if we’re in the river, the river goes with us, wherever we are! In gatherings, tea and coffee, work, shopping - in it all! 🌊 ...
